Luis Suarez
Kenny Dalglish today revealed that Luis Suarez is in contention to face Sunderland on Saturday.
The striker made a belated return to Melwood following his heroics at the Copa America but the boss admitted he could yet be involved against the Black Cats after impressing on the training pitch.
Dalglish told his pre-match press conference: "He's trained and has no problem. We'll wait and see how he is tomorrow. We'll also see how Glen Johnson is in the morning.
"Obviously Steven (Gerrard) and Martin Skrtel aren't there and they are the only two. Everyone has come back from the international matches fine."

Re: Luis Suarez
Was amazed at how much he appreciates a good ball, but especially a pass that wasn't the best but could of set him off if it was better. Really seemed to acknowledge the effort.

Re: Luis Suarez
Luis Suarez will be hoping to emulate Robbie Fowler when Liverpool entertain Bolton on Saturday evening.
The No.7 is aiming to become the first Reds player to score in each of the club's opening three league games since 'God' achieved the feat back in the 1993-94 season.

Suarez - I don't need a rest
Liverpool striker raring to go despite busy summer
Liverpool striker Luis Suarez has insisted that he feels ready to play every game despite having barely had a break all summer.
Having made a big impact at Anfield during the second half of last season, Suarez quickly had to prepare for international duty with Uruguay in the Copa America.
He inspired his country to glory at the July tournament and then had just a week's rest before returning to Liverpool for the start of the new Premier League campaign.
Suarez showed no signs of fatigue for the Reds during the first few games of the season, although he did start on the substitute's bench against Arsenal as Kenny Dalglish tried to manage him carefully.

Re: Luis Suarez
The Liverpool captain, Steven Gerrard, has been so convinced by the performances of Luis Suárez that he is certain the Uruguay forward is going to become an Anfield legend.
Suárez has already made a big impression since joining Liverpool in January and put in a typically energetic performance in Saturday's 1-0 defeat by Stoke City.
Although Liverpool went down to their first loss of the season, the striker kept plugging away, carving out chances and posing problems to the Stoke defence and Gerrard – who is working his way back to full fitness after a groin problem – can see Suárez going on to write his name into the Merseyside club's folklore.
Asked whether Suarez could become an all-time Reds great, Gerrard told the club's website: "I don't see why not. He's still young enough and I'm sure he's going to get even better than he is now, which is a scary thought. He's got the appetite for the game to learn and get better.
"Hopefully he will go on here for a long time because he's certainly got a massive part to play at this club in the future – the history is there to be written."
Suárez has scored three times so far this term and Gerrard feels that if the 24-year-old can keep it up, Liverpool will be firmly in the hunt for trophies.
"He's a very enthusiastic footballer and very intelligent," the captain said. "He's like a kid in the street and he can't wait to get out for training and games.
"Alongside Dirk [Kuyt] of late, they've been like two Duracell bunnies. They just don't stop and for defenders that must be a nightmare, knowing when you control the ball those two will be chasing.
"It's fantastic to have him and hopefully he can continue his form until the end of the season. If he does, it will give us a much better chance of getting some silverware."

Re: Luis Suarez
Kenny Dalglish today insisted that Luis Suarez has the full support of everyone at Liverpool Football Club following allegations made in the aftermath of last weekend's clash with Manchester United.
Dalglish told reporters at Melwood: "The only thing we'll say, and then that is it put to bed, is that this Football club and everyone at the club is totally and utterly behind Luis Suarez.
"There was an allegation after the game about him diving all over the place and then there was an allegation from Patrice Evra.
"Obviously the two things are quite emotive, but we fully support the wee man in both things and everyone at the club does.
"I think the football club came out at the start of the week and made our position known - and apart from what I've said there, we won't be adding to it.
"We fully look forward to a complete, transparent report from the FA and look forward to co-operating 100 per cent fully with what is done."

Re: Luis Suarez
Kenny Dalglish has today revealed that he will leave it until the last minute to decide whether Luis Suarez will face West Brom on Saturday.
The striker picked up an ankle knock during the Carling Cup success at Stoke City and the boss admitted he has since undergone treatment at Melwood.
Dalglish told his pre-match press conference: "He's had a bit of treatment so we'll see how is. He's had a tough time recently, so we'll see how is tomorrow
