I can play competitive game of Astro for two hours or get through full games, but out running, I find it tough.

And some the lads I play with can easily do 15k. Not a chance for me, but wouldn't notice any difference fitness wise when playing.

Do you do sprints aswell ?

He does that sometimes, sprint for a bit then jog, sprint and so on
