Why did he save it to disk? if you can still plug into the hard drive there is (was) a programme we used to use called Ghost image to retrieve data from HDs and put it onto a new HD.

He put it onto disc as I needed the info straight away, just the quickest option for me. he still has the HD, waiting on new casing before he gives back to me

Finished my crap day at work, off to a=babysit my niece in hospital for the next 3 hours

I think we jinxed her the last day Red Exclamation

She is in for last 2 days, had to cancel her bday (3 yrs in a row) this weekend

She has some sort of bug (minor for other kids but for her a bit more serious)

She is still great form though Laughing

Half an hour to go and the power goes out in parts of the city centre

Majella goes to the front door to check with the shops beside us and only then realises as the door to the main office locks shut that it is operated by an ELECTRIC buzzer Laughing

The key for it was in my bag inside said office, thankfully it was only for 20 mins but caused mayhem for me Laughing
