Liverpool will play Manchester City in the two legged semi-final of the Carling Cup.

The first leg, which will take place at the Etihad Stadium is scheduled to take place in the week commencing January 9, 2012, with the return at Anfield on January 23.

The other tie is an all Championship affair between Crystal Palace and Cardiff City.

Will have the credits for 2 cards for both the away and home game (I'd presume) if anyone fancies them.

Liverpool have announced ticket details and selling arrangements for the Carling Cup semi-final second leg with Manchester City on Wednesday January 25, 2012.

The entire Stadium will be ticketed with prices ranging from £36 - £45 for adults and just £5 for juniors. Over 65 and disabled concessionary prices will also apply.

Any future Carling Cup game will be sold based on previous attendance in this year's competition.

Match Breaks are sold on a match by match basis. Therefore tickets purchased via the Match Breaks will not qualify for ticket priority in future rounds of the Carling Cup.

League Cup Auto Cup Scheme for Season Ticket Holders

Season Ticket Holders who have registered for the League Cup Auto Cup Scheme must not make an application. Those who remain in their season ticket seat will have their cards activated for entry, whilst those who are issued alternative seats will receive a paper ticket for this fixture. The processing of payments will begin on Friday 9th December.

If your payment card has expired or is about to, or you have a replacement card (even if one or two numbers have changed) you must ensure that your details are updated as soon as possible to ensure that you receive a ticket for this game. General information

We would emphasise to all eligible applicants that no guarantee can be given that tickets will be available to all who apply.

The Member's card must be presented when purchasing tickets at the Ticket Office.

Supporters can purchase one ticket per qualifying Member's card and a maximum of FOUR per transaction.

Any future Carling Cup games will be sold based on attendance in this season's competition

Should tickets still be available on the night of the match it will not be possible to capture data at the cash turnstiles and therefore priority for future rounds cannot be credited. Please also note that ALL tickets sold on the turnstiles will be sold at the full ticket price of £45.

Refunds will not be considered after Tuesday 10th January
