steak stones

Anyone try one of these before? Had my first one in Portugal a few years ago and it tasted great so while my sister was over in England last week i ordered one on ebay and got her to bring it back home with her. I have it heating up in the oven as we speak

you heat it up, bring it to the table and throw the steak on it is it?

Yeah thats it. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on it before you put the meat on it and cook to your liking. happy days

only problem is i've to wait 50 minutes for it to heat up in the oven. it better be worth the wait
