What a load of bollox, the voting for this was closed on the 15th.
Rumours now that the vote will reopen.
The minute the final whistle went Blatter was on twitter praising Ronaldo ONLY, never mind anyone else, he (Blatter) got slated on ESPN for it

As predicted, Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Franck Ribéry have been named as the three finalists for the 2013 Ballon d'Or, which will be presented on 13 January in Zurich.
