Awesome Thomas, we went out twice

Sometimes it can't be seen with naked eye, need a good camera
We were lucky though and got a beautiful display on first night that I could see. Girls had the good cameras so got great pics on both nights

Oh really. I never knew that Maj. Watched a good documentry on discovery channel about it few weeks ago. Is it better there than pics. If u cant see it, how can camera. U must be told general region.

God cameras can be set to certain settings, obv the more expensive ones will get better images. All got to do with exposure.

You can see them with the eye on some nights, depends on the strength of them, unfortunately there's no switch, Mother Nature rules!

On the 2nd night we went to 3 different spots and I could only see in one spot, but they could be seen by camera in 2 spots

There's a young Galway lad missing in London (was on a trip with a large group) since night before last. The group checked in on return flights and somehow the airport had him down as in airport and notified the police. The family were so relieved to hear this, thanking everybody for their help as there has been major coverage about him.
The airport then realised there was a mistake and he wasn't there and the poor family had to be told he was still missing.
