I just rang the Irish one when the courier "lost" our first ipad. They answered straight away, told them what happened and they rang me back within the hour, ordered a new one and sent me a free magnetic clip cover.

Their customer service is quite good in fairness, let me know how you get on

I tried it with the HTC, turned off mobile internet and turned on wif and tried to send an mms, wouldnt work either??? Will you try on your htc when you get a min. No hurry as I'm going to bed soon, brain is melted.

What does that mean-own power source???

Does it not have power when it's connected?

What's the point in having one then? or how do you resolve it?

They don't resolve it.
Power was downgraded from to port from 100ma to 20ma , so not enough power to run a usb connection/memory stick. They say it was to do with more power needed elsewhere to run the ios5 and slighlty older versions. But I think they plan to bring out Apple usbs that can run on lower power sources. More money for them and don't want people using other memory sticks. It works fine on the 1st iPad.
What I mean by something that has its own power source, would be an external hardrive tat plugs in, or a camera that would use its battery power even though it would be connected to a pc/ipad.

I send myself an mms message there, WiFi on and mobile internet allowed.
Normally the WiFi always overwrites the mobile internet if both on, but in this case, the mobile internet overrides the WiFi, therefore been charged by your provider

Have read there will be a fix out in dec, but that's just ridiculous

Can't send or receive files from other phones via bluetooth either

Just as well I didnt pay for either of these apple products or I would be going insane

I will say that iCloud is very good and there is never any lagging like you get with HTC. It is also way faster then HTC .

I also like the fact you can have multiple twiiter and fb accounts on the phone and access them all individually without having to log out/in of each one

Handy for me for the work accounts and my own

Having flash on the android will always win hands down for me

I'm telling you Maj its not a bug, HTC won't send over WiFi either unless use viber or whatsapp. It's very smart configureation , same as with ports.
