Just can't get my fitness back up to scratch even though I'm playing 90 mins. Not only that but you loose that half a second aswell. Any tips Barnes?

The fitness will come with the games mate but deffo do short sharp work to get that half a sec back. Did you ever try protien shakes?

Ya I'm taking protein shake now since I came back but don't know what they do.
I've completed physio plan, what is best workout for that half second.

They deemed it too short and extreme!
There is a rule that states no weird or unusual haircuts but this is no way weird or unusual.

Not only that they left him sitting in a hallway for 3 hrs yesterday when they decided to exclude him. They text his mother but she didn't get it straight away as she was in work, they didn't even bother to ring her.

They told her if he fails his Easter exams, it would be their fault:eek:

Maj, just asked the mother day. Yep they can be suspended for three days depending on how strict they hold these rules and what lee way they give. But it's more than likely in the rules Ye signed and agreed to.
She reckons bring it to the board of management anyways as there place ain't heavy on that rule
