anch Ticket Allocation - 2011-12 season

Dear Branch Secretary, Athlone

Following our recent email, confirming your ticket allocation for Barclays Premier League matches in the first half of the season, we now require the LFC Official Membership numbers and names for each Member requiring a seat for all remaining games up until 31st Dec 2011. We also require branch payment details in order to process the tickets.

The Membership numbers for this game are required by 5pm Thursday 25th August. Please complete the attached form following the instructions provided and email it back to lfc-branches@liverpoolfc.tv using â €˜Ticket Allocation’ and your branch name in the subject line.
