Liverpool FC Friendly Announced

Limerick FC is delighted to announce a prestigious friendly with Liverpool FC. As part of Limerick Senior Soccer's 75th Anniversary celebrations, a Liverpool XI will play Limerick FC on Monday 14th May 2012 at Jackman Park; Kick-off 7:45.

The squad has an array of players capped at youth international levels from England, Germany, Spain, Hungry, Wales and Portugal.

The Liverpool XI will be managed by Rodolfo Borrell who is now in his 3rd season at Liverpool; Mr Borrell previously held the position at FC Barcelona as Academy Coach in their youth system for 14 seasons. He is looking forward to the opportunity to show The Irish public of the calibre of players in his squad.

High demand is anticipated from the legion of Liverpool supporters in Ireland for match tickets.

Ticket prices are as below Adult Student U/16 OAP Stand: €15 ----€8 €8 Terrace: €10 €8 €5 €5 Limited Student/OAP/Under16 Tickets Available.

Tickets will be on sale Wednesday 10pm through the Club Office (061-324563), Limerick FC Official Shop in Arthurs Quay Limerick (061-323857) and online through Club Website (Ticketmaster).
