I read an article last week, think it was independent or times, that Henry said if he is found guilty, the club will go after this big time as it will harm their global market and that they fully believe Suarez.

Luis will probably loose a heap of money from Image, but where I am commin from, the club see this as more that a ban.
They did also say that it would effect Luis on and off the field and back him.
What i think they were trying to get at is, that they would stand up to clear the clubs name along with Luis. And also assess implications it has for both in the future

The more I think about this the more I think the appeal won't work. They have delayed it this long so we can get someone in in Jan, the same goes for terry he won't be banned until they can get a replacement.

We totally support Luis and we want the world to know that. We know he is not racist.

We are a squad of many different nationalities and backgrounds. All of us support the Club's commitment to fighting racism. All of us accept there is no place in the game for any form of discrimination. As a group of players we totally support the Kick it Out Campaign.

We have lived, trained and played with Luis for almost 12 months and we don't recognise the way he has been portrayed. We will continue to support Luis through this difficult period, and as a popular and respected friend of all his teammates, he will not walk alone.
