Never heard of him, but why would be leave Barca to come to us?

We are offering more money, a longer contract and possibly a better chance of 1st team footie in the next few years.

Sounds like this is almost complete, they turned down a £20mill bid from Zenith last Jan, the cheaper price now reflects the fact he has been out injured for a while ( its not a long term injury) and they signed a replacement from Dortmund for £1mill.
