Lance Armstrong has given up the ghost,and has decided not to contest the drug charges that he has been charged with.
He has been told that most likely,he will stripped of his Tour De France wins,and including all of his results since August 1st 1998.

If he is innocent as he says he is why wouldn't you contest it?
