No-one signed yet but it looks like Fabio Borini is all but done.
I dont think Rodgers fancies Carroll at all so it sounds ominous for the lad.

Who's Borini?

Young Italian striker, Rodgers had him at Chelsea youth team and then took him on loan to Swansea the year they got promoted. He was part owned by Roma who have since bought the whole lot of him. He scored 9 i think for Roma last year and was part of the Italian squad for the Euros but never got any game time.
